Job summary

Malaa Technologies is seeking a senior Product Manager with a software engineering background to own a portfolio spanning deposits, savings, and growth loops. You will lead a squad of engineers and designers, prioritizing initiatives and delivering working prototypes to customers quickly.

You will build measurable outcomes, drive experiments, and ensure compliance and data protection are embedded from the start.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in product management with live consumer or fintech product ownership and measurable results.
• A software engineering background with CS or engineering degree and hands-on software building experience.
• Fluency reading our code and building working prototypes with or without AI tools.
• Fluency with product data: event tracking, experiments, funnels and cohorts.
• Professional written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own a live consumer/fintech product and drive across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with a squad of engineers and designers; set priorities and defend decisions.
• Define and track event taxonomy, experiments, and data-driven outcomes for growth.
