Job summary

eFinancialCareers Ltd. is seeking a Product Project Manager in Riyadh, KSA, for a 6-month term. The role leads end-to-end delivery of new products and enhancements across Consumer Banking, coordinating across business, technology, operations, risk, and marketing to ensure on-time market launches.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in product management, launches, and cards/payments within financial services, with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Launch, Program Management, Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience in financial services and payments industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate launch activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
• Drive project execution to ensure delivery against timelines, scope, and objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation throughout the product lifecycle.
