Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Saudi Arabia to own and evolve the product metrics framework. You will work with Product and Data Engineering to validate metrics, investigate anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, ensure proper experiment definitions, and guide prioritization of product improvements with clear, measurable impact on core metrics in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience applying statistical methods to real-world analytical/product problems.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel for data work.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations, anomalies and changes in product performance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with sample size, effect size and duration calculations.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and ensure data quality.
