Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company in Riyadh and Makkah seeks an innovative Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end purchasing for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works. You will source suppliers, optimize stock, and handle contract management including PO preparation. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years in procurement, with Oracle/NetSuite experience. This is a senior, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture/electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Min. 10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience managing high-rise building materials supply.
• Experience with Oracle and NetSuite in SCM.
• Knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Familiarity with regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of RFPs and dispatch to contractors or consultant offices with instructions, contract conditions, and quantities.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors for ongoing feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing delivery of goods and services.
• Overseeing IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and supply of goods.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Preparing procurement reports.
