Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement systems. You will drive digital transformation across procurement functions and align systems with business goals.

You will oversee system integrations, data analytics, vendor relationships, and a team of procurement systems professionals to optimize performance and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in IT, SCM, BA or related field required.
• 8-10 years of procurement systems management or related leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software platforms and ERP systems.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations and optimization initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems.
• Develop and execute strategies for system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
