Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to lead PDP/FEED deliverables, PFDs, UFDs, HMBs and P&IDs for major oil, gas and petrochemical projects. You will perform process simulations and define operating cases while ensuring technical compliance and robust design.

The role requires extensive PDP/FEED experience, strong knowledge of process safety, and the ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical teams to deliver safe, efficient plant

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

Develop and review Process Design Basis (PDB) and Design Philosophy documents.
Develop and review PFDs, UFDs, and HMBs.
Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent software.
Lead P&ID reviews and ensure proper control philosophy and safeties.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines (Process Safety, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical).
Review vendor and contractor documentation for technical compliance.
Support proposals, scope development, and man-hour estimates for in-house projects.
