Job summary

Fluor is seeking a senior Mechanical Packages Engineer for oil & gas, petrochemical projects in Al-Khobar/Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 15 years of petrochemical/oil & gas experience, with at least 10 years at a recognized FEED/EPC contractor.

You will lead PDP/FEED mechanical package design, review technical standards (API, ASME, ISO) and support procurement with vendors. International project experience is essential.

Qualifications

• KSA‑based candidates highly considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 15 years’ experience in petrochemical, fertilizer, refining, oil or gas environments; 10 years with FEED/EPC contractor.

Responsibilities

• In-depth experience in mechanical package design in PDP & FEED.
• Preparation of proposal for PDP and FEED.
• Train, coach and mentor.
• Strong knowledge of Codes & Standards (API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, IEC) and Regulations (HCIS, RCER).
• Review/update and develop company's standards related to mechanical packages.
