Senior Project Director (PPP) will lead major public-private partnership programs from pursuit to delivery, shaping strategy, aligning stakeholders, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle to secure high-value outcomes in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery, with a strong track record of winning PPP bids.
• Leadership in program management and risk oversight, including experience with PPP bid governance.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage senior stakeholders across public and private sector partners.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of PPP procurement models, contracts, and commercial structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making and issue resolution across high-value PPP initiatives.
• Lead PPP projects from pursuit through delivery.
• Support winning PPP projects through market-facing leadership.
• Serve as Market Lead for PPP projects.
• Oversee PPP project delivery across key phases.
