Job summary

Synapse Analytics is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Credit & Risk Implementations in KSA to lead end-to-end delivery for banks and fintechs. You will own multiple concurrent engagements, manage senior client relationships, and drive governance through steering committees.

You will collaborate with policy, regulatory, and InfoSec teams to ensure compliant deployment of Konan and Doxter, while building a scalable local delivery playbook in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in project or programme management, implementation management, or client delivery.
• At least 3 years leading projects for banks, finance companies or fintechs.
• Direct experience delivering in Saudi Arabia with understanding of local project approvals and procurement.
• Strong working knowledge of credit, risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Konan and Doxter implementations for Saudi banks and fintechs.
• Own credit policy digitization workstreams and translate policy into Konan configurations.
• Ensure all configured policies are traceable to approved policy documents and signed off.
• Design end-to-end lending journeys across origination, onboarding, decisioning and verification.
• Coordinate data source and integration efforts typical in Saudi market (credit bureau, identity verification, income verification).
• Plan delivery around regulatory obligations including outsourcing, cybersecurity and data protection.
• Contribute to client regulatory documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and IT teams through security reviews and deployment approvals.
• Maintain senior client relationships with CROs, CIOs and CISOs, and run steering committees.
• Set up governance structures, milestone reviews and escalation paths.
