Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in building the planning system of company, use Primavera P6 software to establish a unified WBS structure and coding system, and lay the foundation for project planning and management.
  • Participated in project bidding and took charge of the approval of baseline (revised) project plans. Provided professional support for planning management under international engineering contracts to mitigate contract performance risks.
  • Completed the review of Primavera P6 plans for projects affiliated to the international corporation, verified the alignment of plans with contractual requirements, construction logic and resource allocation, identified loopholes in plans, and put forward professional rectification opinions.
  • Tracked the dynamic execution of project progress, conducted critical path analysis and earned value management through Primavera P6 software, regularly compared the deviation between actual progress and baseline plans, simulated "what-if scenarios" to predict project risks, and formulated scientific and feasible schedule correction and recovery plans.
  • Established and optimized the standard process for project planning management of the international corporation, promoted advanced application skills of Primavera P6 software, provided professional training and technical support for the corporation’s planning team, and improved the overall level of planning management.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, Engineering Management or related majors.
  • Over 10 years of experience in planning management in the construction industry, with at least 5 years of experience leading planning work for large-scale EPC projects or infrastructure projects. Familiar with the planning management logic of at least two types of construction projects, such as residential buildings, commercial complexes, bridges, and rail transit.
  • Proficient in the full-function application of Primavera P6 software, capable of completing complex project plan formulation, resource and cost loading, schedule deviation analysis, multi-project plan integration, etc. Skilled in independently and efficiently reviewing and optimizing various Primavera P6 plans. Meanwhile, proficient in using auxiliary tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understand the whole-life cycle management process of construction projects, familiar with construction specifications and industry standards in the Middle East and Southeast Asia regions. Possess strong risk prediction, data analysis and problem-solving abilities, and be able to accurately identify key milestones and potential hidden dangers in plans.
  • Proficient in: English, Arabic.
Skills

Candidates with PMP, PSP certification are preferred.
