In the role of Senior Planning Manager, you will take charge of planning and scheduling for our large-scale projects, ensuring all project timelines, resources, and objectives are strategically aligned. You will work closely with various stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks, and propose adjustments to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling activities for multiple high-profile infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, implementing effective strategies for project optimization and success.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and adjustments as needed.
• Mentor junior planning staff and promote adherence to best practices in project management.
• Analyze project performance data and recommend process enhancements as required.
• Facilitate collaboration among various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling within the construction sector, both contractor and consultancy roles preferred.
• Proven experience in managing planning and scheduling for large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in utilizing planning software, particularly Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse.
• Strong understanding of project performance metrics such as Earned Value Management and schedule analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the KSA or Middle East region is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
