Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer for PMC with extensive onshore EPC project experience to support ADNOC-aligned programs. Based in the region, the role drives schedule, cost control, risk, and stakeholder coordination across all project stages.

The successful candidate will lead detailed Primavera P6 schedules, manage budgets, deliver KPI reports, and ensure alignment with company procedures and standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PMI-SP, CCP or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• 18+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost control.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience using project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines and analyze variances.
• Support preparation of recovery and mitigation plans when delays occur.
• Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and EVM analyses.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and KPIs.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors and Clients.
