Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants seeks a senior Project Scheduler to manage Structural Mechanical Piping and Field E&I activities on Oil & Gas EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, monitor progress, and flag delays with recovery plans.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and 8–12 years of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC experience. On-site work and strong cross‑discipline coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC project experience.
• Experience in project scheduling and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for Structural Mechanical Piping and Field E&I tasks.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, commissioning and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, manpower histograms, S-curves and productivity reports.
• Analyze project performance and report risks to management.
