We are seeking a highly skilled PMO/Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Telecommunications manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in driving project management excellence within our organization, ensuring that we meet our strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead critical projects, influence decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations in our plant in Sudair Region.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategic and operational planning of production cycles. Ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized, resources are allocated efficiently, and delivery schedules meet customer demand without compromising quality or safety.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive planning strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans and schedules, and maintain detailed BOM, schedules using advanced planning tools, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables to achieve timely completion.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and expectations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Monitor Orders progress and performance metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate delays and ensure project success.
  4. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions that enhance productivity and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Lead follow-up meetings and workshops, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can share ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  7. Utilize data analytics to assess project performance, making informed decisions that drive efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
