Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Planner to support project planning and progress monitoring. You will review contractor schedules, track progress, and prepare planning reports, dashboards and schedule updates across potentially multiple sites.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in Primavera P6, Excel and Power BI. 7+ years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in construction planning.
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules
• Track planned versus actual progress
• Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates
• Collect and verify progress information from site teams
• Prepare planning reports dashboards and schedule updates
• Identify potential delays and elevate them to the Senior Planner
• Maintain planning records and schedule data
• Support schedule analysis and reporting
