Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Engineer to develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will monitor progress, analyze variances, and produce weekly reports.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, 5–10 years of scheduling experience, and strong Excel skills; Saudi nationals preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Analyze critical paths and develop recovery plans when required.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and S-Curves.
• Monitor project performance and support effective project planning and control.
