Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Planner for anticipated construction supervision projects across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia. You will manage planning, monitor progress, and coordinate with site supervision and engineering teams to validate schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 10+ years in construction planning, and advanced skills in Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in construction planning and supervision consultancy.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
• Experience reviewing Contractor schedules and progress.
• Good understanding of critical path and schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and schedule monitoring activities for the assigned project/package and review Contractor performance against approved schedules.
• Review and monitor Contractor baseline schedules and updates.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress.
• Review look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule analysis and progress reports.
• Coordinate with site supervision and engineering teams to validate progress.
• Maintain project planning dashboards and schedule records.

Role Overview
