Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Planner to support construction supervision projects across multiple regions.

You will review contractor schedules, track progress, prepare planning reports, and coordinate with site teams while leveraging Primavera P6, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules.
• Track planned versus actual progress.
• Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
• Collect and verify progress information from site teams.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
• Identify potential delays and elevate them to the Senior Planner.
• Maintain planning records and schedule data.
• Support schedule analysis and reporting.

Planner

Role Overview

Support project planning and progress monitoring activities, including reviewing Contractor schedules, tracking progress, and preparing planning reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules.

• Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
• Collect and verify progress information from site teams.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
• Identify potential delays and elevate them to the Senior Planner.
