Wood is seeking a Piping Engineer to support our Projects business. The role is based near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with duties including piping design, plant layout, and 3D model reviews.

You will originate and revise engineering deliverables, supervise juniors, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures. The position requires experience in oil & gas and related industries, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of piping engineering standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Navisworks for 3D model reviews and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design piping and plant layout, and ensure piping stress concepts meet construction, maintenance, and operability needs.
• Originate and revise engineering deliverables.
• Review deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
• Supervise junior engineers and provide training as required.
• Plan work to fit within allocated man-hours and avoid slippage.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and team members and manage team billability.
