Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on Ping Identity Suite expertise.
• Experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Knowledge of adaptive/risk-based authentication.
• Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Experience in access control models (RBAC, ABAC).
• Knowledge of IAM security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support centralized identity management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
• Maintain a single pane of glass for identity governance and access visibility.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IAM solutions.
• Implement SSO across enterprise applications.
• Design and deploy MFA and passwordless authentication strategies.
• Define and enforce policy-based access control (RBAC/ABAC).
• Manage access certifications, reviews, and approvals.
• Generate and analyze logs and audit trails for authentication and access activities.
• Automate identity processes with no-code/low-code orchestration.
