Job summary

Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd is seeking an experienced Ping Identity IAM Administrator to lead identity and access management across enterprise environments. You will implement SSO, MFA, and passwordless strategies while ensuring secure access and compliance.

The role focuses on IAM governance, risk-based authentication, and scalable authentication architectures, with hands-on work on PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, and related components. Riyadh region-based position.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity Suite.
• Expertise in SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience implementing MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Strong understanding of adaptive/risk-based authentication.
• Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience with RBAC and ABAC models.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support centralized identity management, including user lifecycle events.
• Maintain a single pane of glass for identity governance and access visibility.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IAM solutions.
• Implement and manage SSO across enterprise applications.
• Design and deploy adaptive authentication policies based on risk signals.
• Define and enforce RBAC/ABAC policies and least-privilege access.
• Manage access certifications, reviews and approvals.
• Generate and analyze logs and audit trails for authentication activities.
• Design no-code/low-code authentication workflows and automate IAM processes.
