Job summary

CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Performance Evaluation Specialist to lead performance management, learning & development, and organization development initiatives. You will coordinate training, analyze capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights to boost employee performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end performance management cycles in medium or large organizations is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, KPI development, competency frameworks, and employee development practices.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinating learning initiatives, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Experience using HRIS, Performance Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis; familiarity with LMS is an advantage.
• Experience facilitating sessions and presenting to business stakeholders is advantageous.
• Strong continuous improvement capabilities in HR, PM, or L&D.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance management cycles across the organization.
• Coordinate and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and guide managers.
• Maintain performance records and confidential system data.
• Develop and manage the annual learning and development plan.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Support OD initiatives and change management activities.
• Ensure policy/regulatory compliance for PM and L&D.
