Job summary

Ananinja is seeking a Senior Performance Evaluation Specialist in Saudi Arabia to drive performance management, learning & development, and organization development initiatives. You will lead end-to-end performance cycles, coordinate training programs, analyze capability needs, and deliver data-driven insights to boost employee performance and business outcomes.

You will support the Organization Development Manager, ensure policy compliance, and stay current with best practices in HR analytics,

Qualifications

4+ years in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
Experience managing end-to-end performance cycles in medium/large orgs is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of KPI development, competency frameworks, and employee development.
Experience with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluating training effectiveness.
Experience using HR data tools and reporting; LMS familiarity is a plus.
Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance management cycles with goal setting, mid-year reviews, and evaluations.
Monitor evaluations and ensure timelines and data accuracy.
Support managers in setting objectives and KPIs aligned with priorities.
Provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements.
Coordinate PIPs and maintain confidential records.
Develop and monitor annual learning plans; coordinate internal/external training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Build relationships with external training providers.
