Job summary

HungerStation is seeking a Performance Senior Manager to drive the HungerStation Market's overall business performance by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI to monitor performance, identify opportunities, challenge plans, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

The role also leads forecasting, planning, OKR setting, and P&L support while evaluating

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, or FP&A.
• Strong forecasting, financial analysis, and planning experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HungerStation Market performance reporting across key metrics.
• Lead weekly/monthly reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Drive forecasting, planning, and OKR tracking with senior leadership.
• Analyze customer and commercial performance to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actions.
