Job Description Summary

The Senior Patient financial Services Advisor coordinates complex eligibility and coverage issues, provides direct assistance to patients regarding financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage. This includes explaining charges, payment expectations and patient share copayment, and front line cash and Tax invoicing , cash collection and processing refunds, guides patient through available payment options and installment plans to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient financial services.
