Job summary

Ceermotors is seeking a Senior Specialist, Parts and Accessories Inventory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring accurate, timely inventory management of after-sales spare parts and accessories, critical for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in automotive parts procurement and inventory management, particularly within dealer or OEM environments. Proficiency in SAP ERP and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts procurement, inventory management, and/or demand planning.
• Direct experience in aftersales operations within a Dealer or OEM environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate ordering, demand planning, and inventory management of spare parts.
• Develop forecasting models for parts demand.
• Place purchase orders based on demand forecasts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Utilize SAP ERP and WMS systems for inventory control.
