Job summary

United Distinguished Medical Company (UDM) is seeking a part-time Paramedic at Specialist level to join Riyadh crews. You will lead clinical on scene, deliver advanced life support under protocol, and ensure clinical governance and documentation meets accreditation standards.

The role emphasizes on-scene leadership, coordination with technicians and drivers, and compliance with infection control, case review, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EMS or paramedicine or equivalent.
• Valid SCFHS classification at Specialist tier.
• BLS and ACLS provider certification.
• Arabic language proficiency; English preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full clinical assessment, interpret ECG and monitoring data, diagnose and plan treatment.
• Lead on-scene clinical decisions, direct crew, and determine transport destination and priority.
• Manage advanced airway, IV/IO access, and administer protocol-approved meds.
• Lead cardiac arrest resuscitation and manage dysrhythmias, trauma, obstetric and pediatric emergencies.
• Consult medical control and document instructions received.
• Act as clinical lead, supervise crew, and ensure scope compliance.
• Brief crew before shifts and debrief after significant calls.
• Participate in case reviews, audits and root-cause analysis.
• Verify ALS inventory readiness and track controlled medications at shift changes.
• Complete patient care reports with rationale for interventions.
• Apply infection prevention and control protocols including post-call decontamination.
