The role requires extensive experience in safety governance, contractor management, and incident investigations, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk reduction. Candidates should possess relevant certifications and lead safety teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety discipline required.
• Professional safety qualifications (ISO 45001, NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Minimum 16 years of professional safety/industrial security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead occupational safety and health oversight across all assigned sites.
• Develop and maintain OSH management framework policies and procedures.
• Establish annual OSH objectives, KPIs, and improvement priorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi legislation, client requirements and international standards.
• Review contractors' safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Lead investigations into incidents and develop corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline
