Job summary

AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a senior Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM Consultant to lead full-cycle implementation, integration with Primavera P6/EPPM and Oracle ERP, and ongoing enhancements across projects in the EPC sector. You will work with Operations, Finance, and Project Controls to translate requirements into scalable Unifier solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls.
• Hands-on expertise in Unifier workflows, cost and contract management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating with Aconex, Candy, and Oracle ERP is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM.
• Proven track record of 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations in the EPC / Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Unifier, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements.
• Configure and manage Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting, and Document Management.
• Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements as part of continuous improvement.
• Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards in Unifier.
• Align implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
