Job summary

Namaa in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will manage facilities, inventory, and process optimization while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in operations management, preferably in logistics or food processing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and bilingual communication (Arabic & English) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multi-shift teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of the processing centers across all shifts.
• Lead training and meetings for processing staff.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure facilities work on schedule.
• Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to prepare licensees for big orders.
• Monitor KPI metrics and support planning with facility management.
• Coach new and existing shift leads.
• Manage staffing during call-outs.
• Review financials and contribute to P&L understanding.
