Job summary

kbr in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Pipeline Engineer with at least 15 years of onshore pipeline design experience (Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design). You will guide a large team and drive route selection and optimization studies on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of onshore pipeline design experience (Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design).
• Experience leading a large group (15+ members).
• Extensive experience in pipeline route selection and optimization studies.
• Experience in scraping philosophy.
• Strong background in pipeline calculations (road crossing, upheaval buckling, buoyancy, etc.).
• Strong background in pipeline engineering and knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, MSS SP, ISO, NACE, DNV).
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large pipeline engineering team on onshore projects.
• Guide route selection and optimization studies to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on pipeline calculations and scraping philosophy.
• Support construction queries with practical, compliant solutions.
• Collaborate to ensure adherence to ASME, API, ASTM, MSS SP, ISO, NACE and DNV standards.
