LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE GROUP seeks a seasoned Manager – Oil & Gas Products Commercial to drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts in the energy sector. This strategic role interfaces with senior stakeholders to shape business planning and revenue strategy.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership in complex tendering, pricing, and contract closures across GCC markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical sales, commercial management, or business development.
• Proven experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical specifications, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing revenue targets, gross margins, and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies across oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining sectors.
• Identify early-stage project opportunities and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
• Maintain minimum pipeline coverage of five times the annual sales target.
• Manage RFQs, technical approvals, tenders, negotiations, and commercial contract closures.
• Drive revenue growth, gross profit margins, and disciplined pricing practices.
• Evaluate commercial risks, payment terms, and profitability before proposals.
• Strengthen cross-selling opportunities and commercial collaboration across divisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to achieve targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing benchmarks, and technologies.
• Develop strategic relationships with international suppliers and new partnerships.
• Prepare regular commercial reports covering revenue, profitability, inventory, and market performance.
