Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Principal Electrical Design Engineer (Offshore) in Saudi Arabia with 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, offshore, and infrastructure projects.

The role involves leading a large team of electrical engineers and designers, delivering FEED and detailed design, and ensuring design integrity across projects. You will develop discipline work plans, perform electrical studies, and coordinate with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, hydrocarbon, offshore, and infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 to 20 electrical engineers and designers.
• Develop discipline work plans.
• Perform/check electrical systems studies (e.g. ETAP).
• Prepare work-hour estimates.
• Develop electrical equipment sizes and specifications.
• Perform/check power systems analyses.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and clients.
• Ensure design integrity, on-schedule delivery within budget.
• Lead technical presentations to Clients and their representatives as required.
