Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network security operations.
• Strong background in enterprise network security technologies.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network security infrastructure.
• Manage and support security solutions in a financial environment, ensuring high availability.
• Perform incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of network security issues.
• Implement security policies, configurations, changes, and upgrades in accordance with approved procedures.
• Coordinate with internal IT, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams when required.
• Support security incidents and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
