Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Middleware or Integration Support or similar role.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or willing to relocate.
• Strong debugging and RCA skills for distributed systems.
• Bachelors in CS/Software Eng or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for IBM CP4I components and Spring Boot services.
• Ensure health, performance and high availability of middleware layer.
• Diagnose problems across API gateway, ESB, and backend services.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to implement best practices.
