Job summary

DXC Technology in Riyadh is seeking an Integration Support engineer to ensure the health and reliability of the enterprise middleware layer, focusing on Spring Boot services and IBM CP4I components (ACE, MQ, API Connect).

You will troubleshoot, perform RCA, and optimize performance on Red Hat OpenShift, while enforcing security protocols across the integration stack. The role requires 5+ years in middleware and strong debugging skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of middleware or integration support experience.
Currently residing in KSA.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
IBM Cloud Pak for Integration Specialist or Red Hat OpenShift Administration certs preferred.
Strong debugging of asynchronous communication patterns and distributed transactions.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain health and reliability of enterprise middleware.
Trace transactions end-to-end from API Connect to backend services.
Perform RCA for middleware failures and optimize performance.
Govern OpenShift platform resources and pod scaling.
Enforce security protocols including mTLS and OAuth2 across the integration layer.
Triage and resolve issues in ACE, MQ, API Connect.
