Confidential Construction seeks a seasoned MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control across the project lifecycle. You will prepare reviews of BOQs, take-offs, estimates and tender docs while evaluating quotations, variations and payments from subcontractors.

You will monitor budgets and forecasts, negotiate change orders, coordinate with procurement, contracts, engineering, and project teams, and ensure proper records for close-out and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Experience with large-scale / mega construction or luxury hotel projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP subcontracting, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Manage MEP quantity surveying and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Review MEP subcontractor quotations, variations, and payment applications.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders.
• Review subcontractor and supplier commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of MEP works.
• Support final accounts, commercial close-out, and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, variations, measurements, and commercial correspondence.
