Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a QA QC Engineer MEP in Riyadh to ensure quality, compliance, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on major construction projects.

The role enforces Saudi Building Code and international QA/QC standards, conducts site inspections and reviews drawings, submittals, and method statements, and provides guidance to teams to sustain delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (MEP preferred).
• 15+ years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA QC procedures for MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and method statements.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare QA QC reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and ISO 9001.
• Provide QAQC guidance to site teams.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Monitor closure of corrective actions.
