Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - MEP to lead the MEP delivery on high-value mixed-use development projects in the GCC. The role requires steering design coordination, procurement, and commissioning while managing multiple concurrent programs within a Tier-1 contractor environment.

The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior PM role, and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, with PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 13+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Proven track record leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of MEP contracts (FIDIC), commercial management, and claims & variations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full MEP delivery on the project from mobilisation to handover, ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are met.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate MEP with civil, architectural and structural teams through BIM/clash detection, shop drawings and material approvals.
• Control MEP cost and programme: budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting and recovery plans.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover, acting as the main MEP contact for client, consultant and internal management.
