Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh leads the MEP delivery of high-end hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia, responsible for engineering, coordination, procurement, construction and handover of all MEP systems.

The role operates at executive level, guiding large multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with clients, hotel operators, PMC/Consultants, designers and authorities to ensure superior guest experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of MEP experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading MEP delivery for luxury hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery strategy from design to handover for luxury hotels.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS and ICT.
• Coordinate with operators, designers, consultants and authorities.
• Drive design coordination, BIM/VDC, constructability and clash resolution.
• Ensure testing, commissioning and operational readiness meets standards.
• Manage procurement strategies and major subcontractors.
• Maintain executive oversight of cost, procurement and risk.
