Buro Happold is seeking a Design Manager – MEP for a landmark luxury development in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in managing MEP design, ensuring systems are efficient and aligned with project objectives.

Your responsibilities include overseeing consultant coordination, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring deliverability of designs across all phases. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven MEP design management experience on major high-end developments.
• Strong knowledge of building services coordination and multidisciplinary design processes.
• Good understanding of technical standards, authority requirements, and construction interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design development across all project phases.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialist systems design deliverables.
• Review consultant submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Lead coordination with architectural and engineering teams to resolve clashes.
• Track design risks and technical issues to closure.
