About Our Partner Our client, Faheem is an innovative educational platform dedicated to making learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful for students across the region. Through technology-driven solutions, Faheem empowers learners and educators to achieve better outcomes.

The Team You'll join a small but highly impactful team of professionals across KSA, Egypt, and Jordan. The culture is modern, collaborative, and learning-focused, team activities, and a growth-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with them to drive measurable marketing results, optimize acquisition funnels, and grow the Faheem App in the region.

The Role As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels. You will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, generating qualified leads, and improving marketing ROI through data-driven experimentation and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Snap, Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive user acquisition and lead generation aligned with Faheems growth objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing / Lead Generation.
  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, SMEs
  • Strong analytical skills with a performance and ROI-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance budgets and scaling campaigns.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory; English proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
