• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical and electrical inspection, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and control systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical and electrical engineering.
