Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in EHV overhead transmission line EPC/turnkey projects of 380 kV and above.
• Strong knowledge of material coordination, procurement follow-up, inventory management, and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requests deliveries and transfers between departments and project sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials received issued and returned.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules for assigned overhead transmission line sections.
• Inspect incoming materials to verify quality, quantity and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with design team, suppliers and manufacturers regarding material requirements and follow-ups.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Follow up on suppliers payments and letters of credit.
• Prepare material status and inventory reports for management.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits and proper material storage and labeling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and documentation standards.
