Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced client leader to support the growth and delivery of Marketing Services in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Services KBO, you will lead a portfolio of key accounts and collaborate with Account Executives and client stakeholders to shape and deliver marketing engagements across financial institutions, merchants and fintechs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 10 years with an advanced degree.
• Substantial experience in client marketing, consulting, marketing services or account management.
• Exceptional client stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Strong project management capabilities with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Services relationship for assigned key accounts in Saudi Arabia, building trusted client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify, scope and progress Marketing Services opportunities.
• Manage multiple client projects from initiation through delivery and closure with clear plans and budgets.
• Apply robust risk, issue, change control, governance and status reporting disciplines.
• Coordinate with Visa teams to provide a consistent One Visa client experience.
• Monitor compliance, legal, sourcing, procurement, privacy and governance requirements for engagements.
