Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced Machinery Outfitting Designer for marine and shipbuilding projects in Saudi Arabia. You will provide design support to shipyard teams, develop 2D/3D drawings, and ensure installation layouts meet project specs and marine standards.

Required 5–10 years in machinery outfitting, strong coordination with discipline teams, and proficiency in marine CAD tools. This role is on-site in the Eastern Province and offers full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Marine/Naval engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant machinery outfitting design experience in marine projects.
• Hands-on CS experience, production support, and drawing modifications.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction support for machinery outfitting in marine projects.
• Prepare and revise machinery layout and installation drawings.
• Review shop drawings and resolve design discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Hull Structure, Piping, HVAC, Electrical, and other disciplines.
• Incorporate engineering changes and production feedback into drawings.
