Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize routes for precision components produced through machining, additive, welding, casting, heat treatment, and related processes. You will ensure designs are executable and that operations meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and capacity objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Materials Engineering.
• 15+ years of manufacturing-engineering experience with 8+ years in aerospace or oil & gas.
• Knowledge of machining and at least two additional processes (additive, casting, heat treatment, or assembly).
• Proficiency in process planning, tooling/fixture design, CAD/CAM collaboration, capacity analysis, and data interpretation.
• Professional certifications such as SME CMagE, ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create routings, process plans, work instructions, control plans, inspection points, and production standards for new and repaired components.
• Review drawings/models, identify risks, recommend tolerances and methods, coordinate with reverse engineering and quality teams.
• Balance capacity, sequence operations, define tooling/fixtures, reduce setup and cycle time, improve throughput and equipment utilization.
• Investigate machining, fabrication, dimensional, material, and assembly failures; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead fabrication of parts, process validation, material supplier reviews, and transfer of methods into repeatable production.
