Job summary

Client of Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize routes for precision components produced through machining, additive manufacturing, casting, and heat treatment. You will ensure designs are executable and that operations meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and capacity objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Materials Engineering, with at least 15 years in manufacturing engineering, including 8 years in

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing-engineering experience.
• At least 8 years developing and optimizing industrial production processes in Aerospace or Oil & Gas.
• Broad knowledge of machining and at least two additional processes (e.g., additive manufacturing, casting, heat treatment, or assembly).
• Proficiency in process planning, tooling/fixture design, CAD/CAM collaboration and production-data interpretation.
• Professional certifications: SME CMfgE, ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; NX certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop routings, process plans, work instructions, control plans and inspection points for new and repaired components.
• Lead design-for-manufacturability reviews; assess drawings/models and recommend tolerances/methods.
• Balance capacity, sequence operations, define tooling/fixtures and improve throughput and utilization.
• Investigate failures (machining, fabrication, dimensional/material/assembly) using structured problem solving and implement corrective actions.
• Industrialize processes; validate fabrication methods and transfer qualified methods into repeatable production.

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Materials Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You will have at least 15 years of manufacturing-engineering experience, including a minimum of 8 years developing and optimizing industrial production processes for Aerospace or Oil and Gas. Broad knowledge of machining and at least two additional processes such as additive manufacturing, casting, heat treatment, or assembly is required. Proficiency in process planning, tooling and fixture design, CAD/CAM collaboration, capacity analysis, and production-data interpretation is necessary. SME CMfgE, ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or comparable professional certification. Having simulations certification and all siemens certification for NX CAD/CAM/CAE (NX Teamcenter quality associated Certificate, NX CAD Design Associate Level Certificates, NX CAM Manufacturing Associate Certificate, NX Simcenter 3D CAE Associate Certification, NX Additive Manufacturing Associate Certification, NX Teamcenter quality associate Certificate, NX Designer Certified Professional (NX) Certification) is strongly preferred.
