Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Managing Consultant to drive services business development and close opportunities with senior corporate clients on Commercial payments and new payment flows. You will lead pitches, manage proposals, and build trusted client relationships with CFOs and treasury teams.

The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus consulting experience. English fluency is essential; MBA or related post-graduate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have corporate/wholesale bank experience in payments and cash management.
• MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, treasury consulting is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead projects and teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal and informal pitches from storyboard to face-to-face presentations.
• Manage a pipeline of proposals from early leads to signature.
• Engage with Mastercard clients and internal/external stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Develop concise, persuasive materials tailored to senior audiences.
• Coach team members and support project problem-solving and work plans.
• Review analyses for accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
