Job summary

Alpin Limited in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior sustainability leader to oversee an internationally based advisory team. Based in KSA, you will drive strategic client engagements and coordinate Life Cycle Assessment, energy modeling, and commissioning across large-scale built-environment projects.

The role requires 15–20 years in the built environment with at least 12 years in sustainability, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years in the built environment with at least 12 years on sustainability projects.
• Understanding of MEP and Architectural systems.
• Experience in Life Cycle Assessment, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning.
• Experience managing large projects.
• Experience leading a team – 3 Sustainability Managers.

• Accountability: Accountable for ensuring the right resources are allocated for properlyimplementing and functioning the Company’s Integrated Management System

Academic Qualifications:

• Engineering/ Architectural Degree

Required Experience and Key Competencies:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in the built environment industry with at least 12 years of working on sustainability projects is required, demonstrating the following competencies:
• Fully Understanding of MEP and Architectural systems
• Fully understanding of sustainability topics within the built environment
• Proven Experience in Life Cycle Assessment, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning
• Proven experience in managing large-sized projects
• Proven Experience to manage a team – (3 Sustainability Managers)

Industry Qualifications and Accreditation:

Must possess at least two of the following certificates:

• LEED AP- Global- mandatory
• Estidama PQP- for UAE
• BREEAM AP
• MOSTADAM AP – for KSA
• LCA Certificate - Mandatory
• ASHRAE- BEMP is a plus
